Here’s where the real opportunity lies. You usually get far better engagement on your non-business posts.The first thing you do is respond to their comment on your post and then you are going to PMAcknowledge - Compliment - Ask!Step 1. Look at their social media content, and find something that you can reference in your initial message to them. Personalizing the first message is VERY important.Step 2. Give them a sincere compliment tied to the post, but also related in some way to the products you sell. This is important because it’s disarming and helps you connect.Step 3. Ask a problem question (purposeful question) that is related to the compliment that you gave, but also leads the conversation in the direction of how you can help them.Hey Jill!
