I know you are committed to making sure you are successful, so let's raise that accountability! Accountability is contagious and empowers you to stay on course to fulfill your commitments. As we chatted, here's some sample language for your accountability post on your Facebook page and/or your Facebook stories! Be sure to tag me in both posts :)
"Accountability Post!! I’ll be starting a new long term health plan tomorrow and I am so excited! Shout out to (TAG ME) for helping guide me through this journey! "
When someone asks you about what you are doing and wants to know more you can either connect them with me in a text or send them my link! No need to share the name or try to explain the program yourself or overwhelm them with info. Just let them know you are working with a coach on an optimal health plan!

Day 1
Let's Get Started! Welcome to Day 1 of your Optimal Health Journey!
Here are some tips for kicking off your first day with success:
1️⃣ Set an alarm to help remind you to eat every 2-3 hours.
2️⃣ Find a convenient water bottle. Shoot for 100 oz of water today! (or a minimum of 64 oz.)
3️⃣ Grab your Optavia Guide & take it with you. If it's not in your Guide, don't eat it!
4️⃣ Plan out your Lean & Green for today. It's important to weigh/measure it.
5️⃣ Let's make a plan to touch base for a few minutes for your first 4 days till you reach that fat burning stage.
Reach out with any questions along the way. Trust the process & know that you are going to ROCK this!
Also, if you haven't opened your LifeBook yet, set some time aside for that today. We'll be talking about that on your weekly check-ins!

Day 2
Day 2! Let's Do This!
As you begin, your body is adjusting to this new way of fueling. If you feel a little tired or hungry, remember this will pass over the next few days.
Drinking an extra 1-2 glasses of water may help or utilizing your One Optional Snack
Keep building on your wins & remember why you started this journey. If you haven't yet, check out some of the podcasts recordings of our Monday Night "Optimal Health Community" Channel! They are very helpful & motivating as you are kicking off your journey. You can find the link in your Welcome Email or by searching in your favorite podcast app!

Day 3
It’s Day 3! Fat Burn is right around the corner!
It's possible to experience a bit more hunger or a slight headache as your body is moving into fat burn today.
If you do experience a slight headache here are some tips you can use that will help:
1️⃣ Drink a SUGAR FREE electrolyte drink like Powerade Zero or Sugar Free Vitamin Water
2️⃣ Have pickle spears for your approved snack
3️⃣ Sip 1 cup of broth

Day 10: Update Your Premier Order
Congratulations again! I have loved watching the work you have been putting in and all the wins along the journey!
After the next week, depending on when you started, you will get a 7 Day reminder and a 4 Day reminder email to let you know your Optavia Premier Order will be processing soon. These are just reminders for you to go in and customize your personal menu based on what you are finding is supporting you best as you figure out your daily routine and new healthier lifestyle! It also makes sure you don't run out of fuelings to support you on your journey! You are able to customize it to your personal needs & even process it earlier or push back the process date based on your needs!
Here are some simple tips on how to update!
